Fifteen Reasons Why to do Business with Accu-Pro Home Inspections

 

1. Our phones are available 24 hours a day. Even if we are out of the office, our programmed answering service will track us down and notify us of your call. Even if we happen to be out of the local service area. All calls to our office should be returned within 15 minutes of leaving your message. Now try to get your physician to call you back within that time frame!

2. Our interest is your interest. You are our client, even if referred by an agent, our responsibility is to you and your concerns.

3. We strive to be on time for your appointment. Most cases we arrive at the inspection site usually 15 minutes early. In the rare occasion that we are running behind schedule, we will notify you with an updated ETA.

4. We will not cancel your appointment for another inspection. We will not quote a higher price just because you could be in a upscale neighborhood. Our prices are based on size and the amount of systems that your potential purchase property has.

5. Although our area, Kansas and Missouri does not require licensing, at this time, we will attain all required permits as required.

6. We are currently a member in good standing with the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). We follow and observe their Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. Per NACHI guidelines, we participate in continuing education to further upgrade our skills and performance levels.

7. We network with other inspectors in the area and across the continent. If it ever should happen that we can not fulfill your needs, we can and will refer you to other inspectors that we feel are qualified. If you should be leaving the area for another location, we can help you in your need for inspectors in another area.

8. In an effort to provide a higher quality inspection, we use state of the art testing equipment to aid us with your inspection. We also subscribe to trade magazines and web-sites to help us stay in touch with new and upcoming items within the industry.

9. We will work weekends, holidays and evenings, when seasons allow, to ensure getting your inspection completed in a prompt time frame.

10. We request that you are present during the inspection, so that we can explain what we are doing, what we are inspecting and what possible concerns you should have.

11. We use a report that is easy to understand and follow. Although the checklist may seem quite lengthy, it gives you the opportunity to follow what we inspected in an easy to follow format. Included in the report, are photos further documenting any conditions that may need attention.

12. We are available after the inspection to answer any questions or concerns that you might have. If necessary we may even be able to furnish you with trade referrals if required.

13. We carry sufficient insurance to cover serious errors or omissions.

14. After the inspection we will provide you a verbal report of the conditions of the dwelling. We feel that it is equally important to provide you with an accurate and detailed report of the inspected property. We spend additional time preparing your report than most other companies.

15. Most importantly, we want your business and are more than willing to work for it. We love it when we are referred to you by one of our satisfied clients.
